FAQ

What should I wear when I play paintball?

While paintballs are non-toxic and fully water soluble they can stain some types of fabric, especially if it is not washed out in a timely manner. You’ll also be running around in the woods and possibly crawling around on the ground. It’s a good idea to wear comfortable older clothing that can get dirty and a little beat up. You should also wear a pair of shoes or boots that offer good support and grip when running. Gloves are also a good idea to protect your hands.

Can I bring my own Gun and equipment?

Yes. Players are more than welcome to use their own guns at Paintball City, however it must meet our standard velocity limits of 290 fps. A chronograph is supplied and each gun must be tested prior to play and several times during a typical day to ensure safe operation.

Will it hurt if I get shot?

At Paintball City we require that all paintball guns be set (chronographed) at no higher than 290 feet per second. At this speed the feeling is very similar to being snapped by a rubber band. Anything above this setting will sting and hurt. At Paintball City we offer FREE chronographing (or setting) of the speed of your paintball marker.

Can I bring my own paintballs with me?

No. All paintballs used on site, must be purchased from Paintball City. This helps us to ensure a safe visit for all players. Off field paint is not permitted, or paintballs purchased for home use are not permitted on the fields.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?

Yes. We accept cash and all major credit cards. How much is a day going to cost me? It all depends on how much you shoot and whether you are a gun owner or require rental equipment. Most renters will shoot between 300-500 paintballs per day. Rates and paint prices can be found on the pricing page.
